What counts as a practice interview?
One session of up to 8 questions for one role or job advert, with one retry per question. It counts once you submit your first answer.
When does my pack start and end?
On the day you pay. You see the exact end date before you pay.
Does anything renew?
No. One payment per pack. No saved card. No renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Packs are final once paid, so choose the size you need. If a fault on our side stops you using your pack, contact us and we will restore your interviews or refund you.
Can I practice in Arabic?
Yes. You can answer in Arabic. If feedback cannot be prepared, your answer stays saved and you can ask for feedback again.
